Based on the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, the 15th batch of National Service recruits will be trained and qualified in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior and Dubai Police, and under the supervision of the National and Reserve Service Authority, they will participate in organizing the Expo 2020 Dubai.
The Armed Forces Training Center in Manama had received the nation’s youth from the 15th batch of the National Constitutive Service “Group One” of employees, in the midst of preventive and precautionary measures to ensure their safety, and taking all measures to provide maximum protection for all national service recruits in order to preserve them and protect them from the pandemic, Under the supervision of Zayed Military Hospital.
It is noteworthy that the National and Reserve Service Authority and the Expo 2020 Dubai office signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at participation of employees of the national and reserve service in Expo 2020 Dubai, where about 30,000 volunteer members of the national and reserve service will participate in welcoming the world to the land of the UAE, and receiving millions of visitors during the event. The international event extending over a period of six months, from October 2021 to April 2022, where recruits will perform various tasks that aim at providing an exceptional experience for Expo visitors and countries participating in this international event, which represents a great catalyst and gain for the UAE, and will enhance the bright image of the Emirate of Dubai beyond expectations, and will leave, without any shadow of doubt, a distinct legacy for future generations and all UAE citizens, and residents, which will contribute to reflecting a positive image of the UAE society, in addition to the Authority’s contribution to forming a base of volunteers and refining them in the appropriate security way for the future.
