The International Defense Industry Exhibition “EDEX 2021” will kick off in its second session in Cairo, from November 29 to December 2, 2021.
Lieutenant-General Mohamed Zaki, Commander-in-Chief of the Egyptian Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, affirmed his country’s aspiration to receive the most important pioneers of the defense systems’ industry in the world, as the event is expected to develop in size and strength in its second edition, compared to the successful first edition, stressing that all measures will be taken, including precautionary measures to ensure the health safety of visitors during the exhibition.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces indicated that the exhibition comes to open new horizons of cooperation between Egypt and various countries of the world in the field of military industries, explaining that “EDEX” has become an effective international umbrella to showcase the latest military, defense and technological industries in the world.
