Under the patronage of Brigadier General Khaled Jumaa Al Qattan, Deputy Joint Supply Commander at the Ministry of Defense, Abu Dhabi has organized the second session of the International Conference on Anesthesia and Emergency Intensive Care from 7 to 9 October.
The 3-day event was attended by Brigadier General Dr. Sarhan Muhammad Al Neyadi, Commander of the Medical Services Corps at the Ministry of Defense.
With the participation of more than 95 local, regional and international experts, the conference reviewed the current and future international plans, in addition to regional challenges and developments in anesthesia and intensive care medicine.
topics discussed by speakers at the conference included many important issues, the most prominent of which is the future of anesthesia, pediatric anesthesia, and intensive care medicine on both the regional and global levels, in addition to the role of artificial intelligence in anesthesia, medical errors, intensive care setting systems, and liver transplants in the UAE.
