Belgium’s “John Cockerill” company has revealed a groundbreaking anti-drone system, equipped with advanced capabilities to neutralize unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) regardless of their size or speed.
The new system leverages artificial intelligence technology to precisely track and destroy drones, providing a comprehensive defence mechanism that can be integrated into various military vehicles.
Designed to offer a holistic defence against UAVs, this innovation incorporates radar-based detection and tracking, enabling precise targeting and countering airborne threats effectively.
The company announced that the new anti-drone system is also compatible with the Belgian combat vehicle, Cockerill i-X, thus expanding the potential applications of this cutting-edge technology.
