Morocco Enhances Firepower with “Kamikaze” Drone

Morocco’s drone manufacturer, Aero Driver, has announced the successful development of a new unmanned kamikaze drone, the P-2.

This advanced drone is designed for precision strikes on targets up to 1,500 kilometres away. It is equipped with a 40-kg warhead and a domestically developed guidance system, enabling it to perform diverse missions.

The P-2 is tailored to destroy radar systems, air defence platforms, and light or heavy stationary or mobile targets. Its versatility makes it a powerful addition to Morocco’s defensive and offensive capabilities.

Kamikaze drones, known for their single-use operation, are playing an increasingly significant role in modern military strategies, and Morocco’s P-2 showcases its ambition to remain at the forefront of this evolving technology.
