Russia has developed a new portable radar that can detect micro drones at very low altitudes, and it can detect even inconspicuous drones that are in hovering mode by rotating propellers.
The radar weighs only 5 kilograms, can be used as a wearable, simultaneously track up to 32 targets, and most importantly, work with other Russian stations, and is easily integrated into appropriate control networks.
The main task of the new radar station is searching for small, low-flying air targets and other threats, such as terrestrial robotic systems.
