The creative initiatives launched by our wise government within the second package of the fifty projects, through the integrated federal government program “Nafes”, is an advanced step from the Emirati leadership thought making, which insisted on making the impossible an easy path aimed at serving the nation and the citizen. Those creative initiatives, in the outcome, will provide 13 projects to support the private sector to provide 75,000 citizens with job opportunities over the next five years. Yes, this is the pioneering step in building an integrated economy in terms of visions and strategies to support the national economy.
The current empowerment of the private sector by the government sector is a prominent icon in supporting national cadres within a few years, rather supporting the national economy and supporting the private sector so that the United Arab Emirates will be a supportive umbrella for national and international companies, and an important economic center that has confidence and has economic dimensions based on crisis management and overcoming difficulties in order to reach a competitive economy with high international standards.
The launch of the integrated federal government program “Nafes” is a tool and a catalyst for raising national competencies and providing opportunities in the private sector institutions in the country, which will achieve a qualitative leap in the development path in the UAE and the development of the national economy system.
I say it from this pulpit, that 15,000 jobs annually will be enough to encourage young citizens, whether graduates or workers in the government sector, to engage in job opportunities available in the private sector, to learn about the leading fields of work in private institutions, which will qualify them to launch their own projects that they constitute a qualitative addition to the economy of the United Arab Emirates. In other words, these initiatives, as I said earlier, have well-studied dimensions and have strategies for developing national cadres and qualifying them to occupy leadership positions in the country, in addition to boosting the market and the national economy with distinguished cadres.
Praise be to God, our leadership has paid constant attention to building and enhancing the skills of our national cadres, and has always sought to provide opportunities in all different sectors, aiming to empower the Emirati citizen build his confidence, enhance his skills, and establish private projects based on the experience and qualification he gains over the years.
Hence, we say that this phase is unique in introducing such advanced programs. The United Arab Emirates, with its exceptional leadership, has drawn the features of our beloved country and its promising future, through a large package of high-performance initiatives and programs.
