Minister of State for Defence Affairs and UK Minister of Defence Discuss Strengthening Military Cooperation

During his visit to the United Kingdom, His Excellency Mohamed bin Mubarak bin Fadhel Al Mazrouei, Minister of State for Defence Affairs, held talks with His Excellency John Healey, UK Minister of Defence, on ways to enhance military and defence cooperation between the two friendly countries, including the exchange of expertise and joint coordination across a range of areas of mutual interest.

His Excellency also held separate meetings with His Excellency Alistair Carns, Minister for the Armed Forces, and His Excellency Luke Pollard, Minister of State for Defence Readiness and Industry, during which discussions focused on defence and military cooperation, as well as areas related to defence readiness and defence industries between the two sides.

The visit also witnessed the signing of a Letter of Intent between the two countries, reflecting their shared commitment to strengthening frameworks for joint defence and military cooperation, and further developing coordination and the exchange of expertise.
