The UAV nicknamed “Scalpel”, will be used as a suicide drone capable of accelerating up to 120 km/h.
It has a range of 40 kilometers and can carry up to 5 kilograms of payload.
With a diameter of 125 mm and a length of 650 mm, the internal compartment of the drone can carry most of the munitions used by Russian drones today, which expands the capabilities of the “Scalpel” and allows each military unit to choose a payload based on the type of target and the unit’s capabilities.
The Russian media previously reported that Russian military personnel have begun receiving domestically produced munitions developed for use by civilian drones.
