The National Defence College hosted Brigadier Frederick Choo, Deputy Secretary for Policies at the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Singapore, who delivered a lecture entitled “Singapore’s Defence Outlook and the Total Defence Model.”

During the lecture, Brigadier Frederick Choo highlighted key aspects of Singapore’s defence policy. He discussed the concept of Total Defence and its role in strengthening the nation’s preparedness and ability to respond to a range of challenges and threats. He also shared a number of experiences and insights relating to strategic planning, security and defence.
The lecture featured an engaging discussion and interaction with the College’s personnel, contributing to an exchange of knowledge and expertise on Singapore’s defence experience.
