The Organising Committee of the 46th ICMM World Congress on Military Medicine (ICMM), scheduled to take place at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi from 9 to 13 November 2026, held a meeting on 2 July 2026 to review the latest organisational preparations for the event.
The meeting was chaired by Major General Staff Ishaq Saleh Al Baloushi, Assistant Chief of Staff for Joint Capabilities and Chairman of the Steering Committee of the congress. Discussions focused on the latest organisational arrangements and the readiness of the various committees and working teams to ensure that preparations are progressing in accordance with the approved plans.
The committee reviewed updates on the event’s preparations and discussed organisational and logistical matters, as well as coordination mechanisms between the different committees. Participants also emphasised the importance of integrated teamwork and adherence to the established timeline to ensure the congress is delivered to the highest standards of organisation and professionalism, reflecting the excellence of the organising authority.
