Russia’s state arms manufacturer KTRV announced that it is demonstrating the new Kh-69 stealth cruise missile for the first time as part of the Army-2022 international forum.
The Kh-69 has been developed to engage stationary targets with known coordinates, including those without radar, infrared, and visual contrast to the environment.
“The new missile is equipped with a combined automatic navigation and control system. It has a maximum range of 290 kilometers, a speed of 700 to 1000 km/h depending on the configuration”, KTRV said.
“The mass of the warhead is 300 -310 kg and can be installed on external suspension points on board fighters as well as the internal weapons bays of stealth fighters”.
